Lina Carrillo, President of RBPSA. RBPSA supports the reorganization of non-sworn positions as proposed by the Police Department as it will create several new promotional opportunities for existing employees. RBPSA encourages all efforts which support employee retention and professional development. We ask that the City Council approve the personnel adjustments as proposed. Thank you.
