2 The CEO states that the CUP will be submitted in the next 3‐6 months (that is April to July 2023). However, the BCHD consultants at Blue Mountain Development has stated to the City of Redondo Beach in writing that the intended timing of the CUP is in March. As such, BCHD is willfully misleading either the City or the Public as it attempts to obscure its true intentions for CUP filing dates.
