Description
The AES Corporation power generation facility, flood control, and sanitary sewer may require additional unforseeable tasks, including documentation, meetings, coordination, other unknown tasks that are not included in this cost estimate.

The California Energy Commission (CEC) may be required as an oversight agency to this project, although at the present time, the extent of involvement is unknown. Therefore, coordination, documentation, more than one meeting, and other unknown tasks are not included in this cost estimate.

A Waste Discharge Requirement under the CWA § 402 is not included in this cost estimate.

A Storm Water Protection Plan is not included in this cost estimate.

A Water Quality Sampling Plan and/or water quality sampling for biota, organics, inorganics, or any other water quality parameter, is not included in this cost estmate.

The Water Diversion Plan will be prepared by the Client or Contractor during the Design and Planning phase to be used for the regulatory permitting notifications (application packages).

It is assumed that clear communication and routine meetings will occur to improve efficiency on the project. It is especially important for the Design Team and Biological Resources Team work closely, as this project has many biological constraints due to it s proximity to the marine environment. Therefore, additional surveys, disclosures, avoidance, minimization, and mitigation measures, regulatory agency oversight, and permitting may be required. 21 Princ Sr. PM PM Proj Eng Des Eng CAD Admin Total
