● Seagrave is providing a price extension until the evening of 03/21/23 for the purchase of one (1) Seagrave Model DB-50-CT Capitol Cab Pumper, based on the specifications set forth by the Long Beach Fire Department - canceled order. ○ If a contract or PO is not received by this date, Seagrave is asking that we resubmit the specifications for review / rebuild / reprice, which will then be submitted for a 2nd Price Review.
○ If the CIty is considering using a PO and not the contract provided with your proposal, Seagrave is asking for a sample PO.
■ Seagrave’s legal department would like to review it, so that questions can be answered to avoid any delays in the process.
● The Purchaser agrees to pay the sum of Nine Hundred Fifteen Thousand, Eight Hundred Thirty-Two Dollars ($915,832.00) for said Apparatus and Equipment. State, federal, FET, or local taxes are not included.
○ Payment of all taxes are the responsibility of the Purchaser. ● Your price was based on HGACBuy and apparatus shall be acquired through this purchasing cooperative.
● The Apparatus and Equipment shall be ready for delivery from Clintonville, Wisconsin, within 180 calendar days after the receipt of the (i) mutually agreed-upon specifications, (ii) change order documents, and (iii) approval drawing signed by the authorized representative of the Purchaser.

We cannot do anything to the cab, frame, body, op stand…however, changing the seating arrangement in the cab or the warning lights will be considered but will not committed to at this time. ● I have provided a copy of a contract and drawing for Purchase, NY (Chassis #78M90). ○ The vehicle is similar to the proposed unit, has a total contract price of $1,042,022.00, and an estimated production time of 730 days. ○ There is significant savings of time and money by purchasing one of these vehicles from the canceled order.
