Mayors, Councils and Planning Commissions @ Redondo, Hermosa, Manhattan and Torrance:

BCHD just sent out another email using our taxpayer funding for its propaganda.  Among other statements, the email makes the following deceptive statements regarding the Wealthy Living Campus:
1) Fewer Units ‐ Yes ‐ AND TALLER ‐ BCHD reduced the number of units while raising the height from 90 feet above homes to 112 feet above homes on the north and east sides. 2) Fewer Units ‐ Yes ‐ AND BIGGER ‐ BCHD removed 160,000 sqft of underground parking and added an 8‐10 story parking ramp against homes on the south side.
3) Open Space ‐ Yes ‐ AT THE COST OF DESTROYING SURROUNDING NEIGHBORHOODS ‐ BCHD is putting 110+ foot tall buildings on the VERY EDGE of the site to destroy surrounding neighborhoods and preserve space for Press Releases 4) For Our Community ‐ NO ‐ That's just a lie.  BCHD's MDS Consultant showed that 80% of the RCFE is NON‐RESIDENT.

BCHD's ALLCOVE Contract is for 91% NON‐RESIDENTS (includes Long Beach). BCHD's 400 enrollee PACE facility is 95% NON‐RESIDENTS per the National Pace Association statistics.

BCHD CONTINUES SPIN AND PROPAGANDA WITH OUR TAX DOLLARS.
