My commend regarding item N5 EV charging
I live in an apartment in the Riviera Village where there is a dense apartment population, and find very few options for accessible EV charging. I am a disabled senior on a fixed income and find myself driving to Hermosa Beach for available free EV charging. I choose the slow chargers due to the fact that fast charging is not good for the maintenance of the car battery.

I am requesting that Redondo Beach council considers installing more EV slow chargers, particularly free and in the Riviera Village.

There are currently two slow chargers in the triangle parking lot in Riviera Village near Trader Joe's. They are often taken by city employees. Also, when I have used them I am charged a parking fee after four hours, even with handicap plates.

Thank you for your consideration.

I hope to be able to join the zoom this evening to speak on this item.
