Hi All,
I spoke with Scott yesterday about the procedure for this switch and understand that I should resign so that Norma (as the current alternate) can take my place. Scott can then appoint me as Norma's alternate.
Accordingly:
1. This email serves as my resignation
2. I was told there may be an issue with 2 unexcused absences? If so, I think this is incorrectly reflected in the charter records. For example, I was ill on 10/5 and notified the team that I would not be able to attend but Norma would attend in my place. I would appreciate the assistance in getting this cleared up.
I appreciate the opportunity to participate in this committee and discuss issues of importance to our wonderful community.
