The City Council approved $218,785 of capital funding in FY 2022-23 for Police Department Station Improvements. The Police Department is in the process of improving employee offices, the employee breakroom, walls, flooring, and replacing furniture.

Sufficient funding will not remain to purchase and install new evidence lockers through the current CIP allocation, however funding is available through the Police Department’s annual appropriation of Asset Forfeiture funds.
