RE: RENEWAL OF AGREEMENT
Dear Sir or Madam:
The Enterprise Software License Agreement ("Agreement") entered into between the City and ArchiveSocial LLC on July 1, 2016, and subsequently assigned to CivicPlus LLC on May 16, 2023, will expire on June 30, 2023.
The City is exercising its right to renew the Agreement, as provided for in Section 4 of the Agreement. Accordingly, we are providing written notice of our intent to renew the Agreement for a successive one-year period, commencing on July 1, 2023, and ending on June 30, 2024.
