To: 'Andy Lesser' <[email protected]>; Eleanor Manzano <[email protected]> Subject: RE: Inaccuracy in the Administrative report re: Speed Limit changes Hellos Dr. Lesser. The body of the administrative report (AR) reference it as Torrance Circle because it is known as the Torrance Circle. The binding elements of the AR title (advertised title for the public hearing) and Ordinance both make reference to the location as Torrance Boulevard. As such, the Muni Code will reflect the change as Torrance Boulevard from the Pier to S PCH. Thank you again and see you tonight. Thanks, Ted From: Andy Lesser <[email protected]>

Subject: Inaccuracy in the Administrative report re: Speed Limit changes CAUTION: Email is from an external source; Stop, Look, and Think before opening attachments or links.

The following inaccuracy ("Torrance Circle") appears in the listing of involved street segments on pages 2 and 4 of the Administrative Report for the 5/30/2023 City Council meeting Agenda Item:

Torrance Circle between the Pier and PCH - to 25 mph"
Should read:

Torrance Blvd between the Pier and PCH - to 25 mph" or maybe Coral Way between the Pier/Torrance Circle and Catalina Ave" and Torrance Blvd between Catalina Ave and PCH - to 25 mph" or something like that. :-)
