I would like to make a motion to:
1. Approve the City Manager's FY 23/24 Budget Decision Packages
2. Approve the City Manager's Budget 2023-2028 CIP as is with the following changes:
• CIP - page 51 - Playground Shade - Andrews, Dale Page, Franklin Park Trellis: Appropriate additional one-time funds of $250,000 for necessary improvements to Franklin park. And ongoing $14,560 for play structure cleaning twice weekly.
• CIP - page 64 - Police Department Shooting Range: Allocate an additional $200k for the environmental studies required for the grant application.
3. In addition, regarding the following Budget Response Reports as follows:
/ BRR 59 - The project scope for project# 41370 - Alleyways Resurfacing - PCI 25 or less shall include the necessary work to repair alleyways indicated in BRR #59
• BRR 35 - One time Appropriation $30,000 to electrical upgrades for Perry Park Senior Center and ongoing funds of $17,000 for the senior lunch program
