To City Clerk: I was on the Redondo Beach Council meeting call last night and learned that July 4th fireworks is cancelled . I understand we can still have a chance to have fireworks on July 3rd or July 1 or 2 nd at redondo union high school- I would support this . Thanks

Dear Leaders
We find ourselves in a ridiculous dilemma.

If it was only me, I would engage in civil disobedience and shoot the fireworks, as usual, off our barge, in the water.

But it’s not me, and we already have suffered enough litigation.

The fact that our Waterboard, Courts, and other segments of our government absolutely cannot be trusted to do the right thing makes me hesitate to recommend revolt.

Redondo Beach wants its traditional fireworks. The ocean is the optimum location.

I wish we could have had a court injunction to give us until next year to comply.

Is it too late?
Mr. Webb?
Thank You.
