● Seagrave is providing a price extension until 09/25/23 for the purchase of one (1) Seagrave Model DB-50-CT Capitol Cab Pumper, based on 78L29 - Redondo Beach. ○ If a signed copy of Change - E or a PO is not received by this date, Seagrave is asking that we resubmit the specifications for review / rebuild / reprice, which will then be submitted for a 2nd Price Review.

■ July 2023 - Material Cost Increase - $67,683.00
■ Two (2) Motorola 8500 Radios - Options - Antennas - Installation - $34,428.00 ■ Tax - $99,187.00
● In the event of a tax rate change the price will be adjusted accordingly. ● The Apparatus and Equipment shall be ready for delivery from Clintonville, Wisconsin, within 360 calendar days after the receipt of Change - E.
