Dear Ms. Collazo:
My name is Rob Pessis and I am longtime resident of the city of Redondo Beach.
I'm writing this email regarding a series of interactions that I have had with cashier, Joyce Nagahori.
Specifically, very positive interactions!
Ms. Nagahori is always very upbeat, professional and efficient.
During one of my last visits, Ms. Nagahori helped me with a few different transactions, which included the purchasing of two veteran memorial bricks and plaque, for my stepfather who recently passed away.
She was so incredibly kind, helpful and compassionate.
While I was taking care of the memorial items, I also asked if I could renew my alarm permit, which had lapsed due to my own negligence.
Ms. Nagahori quickly looked up my account and noticed that I was going to be charged a penalty.
However, she saw that I had always paid on time and called over to the person in charge of alarm permits and explained the situation. Subsequently, the penalty was removed! Even if the penalty remained, l am so appreciative of Ms. Nagahori' time, effort and kindness.
In closing, 1 really wanted to let you know how impressed I am with my experience in dealing with Ms.
Nagahori. Clearly, her performance is a direct reflection of your leadership. Therefore, I thank you AND Ms. Nagahori for a job well done!
