TITLE
ADOPT BY 4/5THS VOTE AND BY TITLE ONLY, RESOLUTION NO. 2310-110, A RESOLUTION OF
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDONDO BEACH, CALIFORNIA AUTHORIZING A FISCAL YEAR 2023-2024 BUDGET MODIFICATION TO APPROPRIATE $155,000 IN STATE OFFICE OF TRAFFIC SAFETY GRANT FUNDS TO THE CITY’S INTERGOVERNMENTAL GRANTS FUND
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
On September 19, 2023, the City Council approved Resolution No. 2309-095, appropriating the above grant funds. The resolution included the incorrect fiscal year. Approval of this Resolution will rescind Resolution No. 2309-095 and replace it with a Resolution that reflects the correct fiscal year.
All of the other terms will remain the same.
COORDINATION
The Police Department coordinated this report with the City Attorney’s Office and the Financial Services Department.
FISCAL IMPACT
There is no fiscal impact associated with this corrective action.
