East Wing Addition
In 1977, the East Wing of City Hall was expanded. As
part of the expansion, three of the concrete breeze
block towers were removed. The building addition
encroached into the courtyard, narrowing the pathway
fronting the courtyard and the pathway along the
Police Department parking lot.
