Grading Plan Review of 95/100% Construction Documents to 2022 California Building and Grading Code and applicable city ordinances / standards.
Fee Arrangement:
Grading Plan Review for three (3) reviews: $140/hr; Not-to-Exceed $2,173.00 This fee does not include future revisions made to the plans after approval of such documents. Any future revisions and deferred submittals to have an hourly fee of $185.00/hr.
Terms and Conditions:
All work and services provided shall be in accordance with the terms of the Professional Services Agreement between Bureau Veritas North America, Inc., and City of Redondo Beach. Please sign below where indicated and return a copy to the signatory (craig.baptista@ bureauveritas.com). Your signature represents your acceptance of the Proposal, Agreement, and Conditions. Bureau Veritas’ services will not commence or staff be dispatched to the project site without the receipt of your written acceptance.
Invoicing:
50% due upon completion of first review with the remaining 50% due upon approval of final plans.
