Re: City of Redondo Beach Acknowledgement
Dear Ms. Rivera:
Southern California Gas Company (“SoCalGas”) has requested permission from Southern California Edison Company (“SCE”) and the City of Redondo Beach (the “City”) for the temporary use of a portion of the SCE’s fee-owned property as depicted on Exhibit A attached hereto (the “Premises”) for heavy equipment and material storage and the parking of vehicles. SCE and the City are parties to that certain License L1934 City of Redondo Beach dated June 6, 1966 (the “License”) whereby the City licenses from SCE certain property including the Premises for park uses.
SCE requires an acknowledgement from the City confirming that it supports SCE’s consenting to SoCalGas’s temporary use of the Premises for the term of January 2, 2024 to December 1, 2024 or until the completion of use, whichever comes first. Please coordinate the City’s execution of the acknowledgement below.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT:
The City hereby acknowledges and approves SCE’s consenting to SoCalGas’s use of the Premises for heavy equipment and material storage. By executing below, the City acknowledges and agrees that the consent granted by SCE to SoCalGas shall not be deemed a violation, amendment or breach of the License.
