A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
REDONDO BEACH, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.
CC-2401-003 APPOINTING A DELEGATE(S) AND ALTERNATE(S)
AS OFFICIAL REPRESENTATIVES OF THE CITY TO EXPIRE ON
JUNE 30, 2024.
WHEREAS, the City Council is amending the previous resolution, to update appointment relating the Mayor James A. Light who is completing the unexpired term left vacant due to the recent passing of Late Mayor Brand and to add the Los Angeles County City Selection Committee that was inadvertently omitted during the last amendment; and WHEREAS, on January 16, 2024, the City Council adopted Resolution No. CC-2401-003, which amended the previous resolution; and
WHEREAS, on January 9, 2024, the City Council requested to appoint an alternate for the South Bay Cities Council of Governments (SBCCOG); and
WHEREAS, the City Council shall review and modify the appointments to fill the delegate and alternate any other agencies as they see fit.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDONDO BEACH, CALIFORNIA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Redondo Beach does hereby confirm appointment of the following persons to the positions listed below. These appointments are to be reviewed annually before the end of the fiscal year:

SECTION 2. This resolution amends Resolution CC-2401-003 and any charts making Council appointments to the foregoing boards, committees and bodies.
