Decision Package #57 - Tyler Technology MUNIS ERP Migration to SAAS Platform.
Funding is needed to migrate the City's Tyler Technologies MUNIS ERP application from the existing on-premise installation to a Tyler SAAS (Software as a Service) hosted environment. The move will enable the ERP (Financial Services) system to be kept up to date with limited staff effort, be available from anywhere during disaster scenarios, and ease the systems eventual transition to the cloud as Tyler is expected to migrate its products to a hosted cloud environment in the near future. Recommended is a one-time Information Technology Fund appropriation of $11,625 and an ongoing Information Technology Fund appropriation of $82,500.
