On Friday, August 2, South Coast AQMD will be hosting two important public hearings regarding proposed changes to Rule 1148.1 (Oil and Gas Production Wells), and Proposed Rule 2306 (Freight Rail Yards). Also considered will be Proposed Rule 316.2 – Fees for Rule 2306. These hearings will be held during the monthly governing board meeting at the South Coast AQMD headquarters, in the Dr. William A. Burke Auditorium, at 21865 Copley Drive, Diamond Bar, CA 91765. Virtual participation options are also available. Check the South Coast AQMD website for participation details. We encourage everyone to participate and share their input.
