The Planning Commission recommends that the City Council, in the exercise of its independent judgment and pursuant to CEQA, certify the Final Program Environmental Impact Report, inclusive of its referenced appendices for the “Redondo Beach Focused General Plan Update, Zoning Ordinance Update and Local Coastal Program Amendment”, and Approve appropriate Environmental Findings, a Statement of Overriding Considerations, and a Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program.
