Hi,
I am a resident on , and I received a letter dated Oct. 7 regarding the installation of speed cushions in my location. Apparently there was a previous letter regarding this, but I missed it, and the matter is now up for approval by the city council on 10/15.
I looked up RB information/regulations on the speed cushions, and it stated an appeal letter could be submitted via digital correspondence prior to the City Council's decision.
My questions is, would that letter be sent to this email address, or to a different recipient? Thank you,
Jonathan

Hello,
I’m a long time resident of Redondo Beach and know that Redondo Beach does try to remedy issues such as side walk issues etc. Great !!!
Regarding the building of lanes, parking, speed cushions, bike lanes, Redondo Beach gets an “F”.
1. Let’s look at those dangerous bike lanes that have been created at entrances into the Cheesecake Factory and other places of business. How dangerous is it or the people making a turn into any of those restaurants, as well as for the people riding their bikes with not a care in the world.
2. Reverser parking on Anita street. Hold up the traffic behind you as you get frustrated with trying to make the parking. What was wrong with going in head first…… so much easier. And when it’s time to reverse, do it leisurely, at your own pace when you know the lights at PCH are red.
3. The left-turn at Sonesto Hotel is the most confusing left hand turn lane and many of my friends and I have headed straight for the barrier that used to be the left turn, but was made a bike lane. There has to be a smoother transition that what is there now.
4. What’s with the Speed Cushions on Paulina. I have lived in this neighborhood for over 20 years and have never had an issue with people speeding. Why???
I think some common sense needs to be added to the process of listening to the community and carrying out the projects.
Sincerely,
Christina Salfity
