Re: Notice of Intent to Renew Lease and Potential Property Purchase Dear Mr. Chuka:
I hope this letter finds you well. Pursuant to Section 2.2 of the Lease Agreement between John Chuka and the City of Redondo Beach, a chartered municipal corporation, as amended (the "Lease"), the City of Redondo Beach (the "City") is hereby providing notice of its intent to exer- cise the option to renew the Lease for the premises located at 1922 Artesia Boulevard, Redondo Beach, CA 90278 (the "Premises"). This renewal is for the second additional five year term, commencing January 1, 2025, and expiring on December 31, 2029.
In addition, the City would like to engage in discussions regarding the potential purchase of the property during this upcoming renewal term. We would appreciate the opportunity to discuss the Lease renewal and potential purchase of the Premises.
