EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
On January 14, 2025, the City Council made a referral to staff to prepare an agenda item to discuss City Ordinances regulating noise generated by protest activity and the hours protests can occur.
This item provides Council an opportunity to discuss the ordinances and receive information regarding City enforcement practices.
