A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
REDONDO BEACH, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.
CC-2406-053 BY APPOINTING DELEGATES AND ALTERNATES
AS OFFICIAL REPRESENTATIVES OF THE CITY FOR A TERM
COMMENCING MAY 6, 2025 AND EXPIRING ON JUNE 30, 2025
WHEREAS, on June 18, 2024, the City Council of the City of Redondo Beach approved Resolution No. CC-2406-053 appointing a new Mayor Pro Tem, delegates and alternatives as official representatives of the City for a term commencing July 1, 2024 and expiring June 30, 2025; and WHEREAS, Councilmember Nils Nehrenheim (D1) and Councilmember Todd Loewenstein (D2) have left office effective April 1, 2025 vacating their respective appointments to various boards/agencies and committees; and
WHEREAS, the City Council shall review and modify the appointments as they see fit due to the aforementioned vacancies and subsequent election of James Light (Mayor), Brad Waller (D1) and Chadwick Castle (D2) at the General Municipal Election of March 4, 2025.
WHEREAS, on April 1, 2025, the City Council approved to appoint a subcommittee of the City Council to assist the Economic Development Working Group.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDONDO BEACH, CALIFORNIA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Redondo Beach does hereby confirm appointment of the following persons to the positions listed below. These appointments are to be reviewed annually before the end of the fiscal year:

SECTION 2. This resolution supersedes and replaces all prior resolutions appointing a Mayor Pro Tem and any charts making Council appointments to the foregoing boards, committees and bodies.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this Resolution and shall enter the same in the Book of Original Resolutions.
