Finalizing the ordinance and initiating the RFP process will bring numerous benefits to the Redondo Beach community, including:
New tax revenue to support essential city services
Job creation and local business opportunities
Regulation and oversight that promotes safety and compliance A reduction in illicit market activity
We respectfully urge the Redondo Beach City Council to move forward with final adoption of the cannabis retail ordinance and release the RFP without further delay.
