RBHA Responsibilities:
Issue and manage vouchers
Connect youth to local services
Coordinate monthly with DCFS
DCFS Responsibilities:
Identify and refer eligible youth
Provide case management & life skills
support
Ensure monthly reporting and
coordination
3 Program Goals:
90% of youth remain housed for 12+ months
Promote self-sufficiency and long-term housing stability Recommendation:
Approve MOU with DCFS to launch FYI program in Redondo Beach Foster Youth to
Independence
