The City of Redondo Beach is out of compliance and in violation of several codes and ordinances including one of it's very own. We have the legal right as Residents and the majority of us are owner occupied here, to a safe, healthy, and peaceful living environment. The City of Redondo Beach has provided neither safety nor a peaceful living environment for the 500-600 N. Prospect Ave. block for decades. This may be considered a Dangerous Condition and a Public Safety and Noise Nuisance.

The Residents of 500-600 N Prospect Ave. need a response from the Mayor and City Council immediately as to what their plan is to remedy this very unsafe and unhealthy situation. The Mayor has claimed that the City has a plan and is executing on it. Whatever that plan is, it hasn't been shared with the Residents here and we have had ZERO input. The traffic, noise, and safety issues need to be taken much more seriously by the Mayor and City Council. We need solutions and we need them now!
