§ 2-9.1301. Created.
There is hereby created a Budget and Finance Commission. (§ 1, Ord. 2805 c.s., eff. September 5, 1997)
§ 2-9.1302. Appointment and terms of members.
The Commission shall consist of seven members appointed by the Mayor, subject to approval by the City Council.
The original term of one member shall expire on September 30, 1998; the original term of two members shall expire on September 30, 1999; the original term of two members shall expire on September 30, 2000; and the original term of two members shall expire on September 30, 2001.
