Express Library Access
Apply for Express Library Access at
the North Branch Library
Get an Express Library access card to visit the Redondo Beach North Branch Library during expanded hours of operation, Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.
Express Library access gives Library patrons access to the North Branch Library outside of normal hours of operation.
The program is for patrons 18 years of age or older.
How to Participate in Express Library Access
• Patrons 18 years of age or older must have a current Library account in good standing • Patrons must complete the open+ Library Agreement Form Patrons who receive the Express access must have an orientation with a Librarian How Does the Program Work?
Patrons who have opted-in to the Express Library access can use their own Library card to gain entry to the North Branch Library early on Monday - Thursday Hours of Operation: Patrons will have self-service
