TITLE
APPROVE CANCELLATION OF THE NOVEMBER 11, 2025 REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Staff recommends that the City Council consider the cancellation of the Regular City Council, due to it falling on Veterans Day (November 11). The next Regular City Council meeting will be held on November 18, 2025 in which Warrants may be approved or Ordinances adopted.
The Adjourned Regular meeting will be held on November 18, 2025, at 4:30 p.m., primarily for Closed Session.
BACKGROUND
The second regularly scheduled City Council meetings in November 2025 fall on Veterans Day (November 11), a national holiday. If Council wished to choose an alternate date, it would be considered a Special Meeting in which Warrants may not be approved or Ordinances adopted.
FISCAL IMPACT
There is no fiscal impact associated with this item.
