Request to add a provision in Mills Act contract that:
"If the Historic Property is part of a geographic area that has been nominated to be a Historic District, as long as this agreement is in effect, then the property owner: (1) is deemed to have provided written consent to the inclusion of the Historic Property in the proposed historic district; and (2) waives any opportunity to withdraw consent to inclusion. This agreement shall also serve as the application for nomination of the Historic Property in the proposed Historic District."
