FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR PROJECT SERVICES BETWEEN THE
CITY OF REDONDO BEACH AND
COMMERCIAL BUILDING MANAGEMENT, (CBM) INCORPORATED
THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT FOR PROJECT SERVICES (this "First Amendment”) is made between the City of Redondo Beach, a chartered municipal corporation ("City") and Commercial Building Management, (CBM) Incorporated, a California corporation (“Contractor”).
The following recitals are a substantive part of this First Amendment:
WHEREAS, the parties entered into an Agreement for Project Services (“Agreement”) dated August 5, 2025 whereby the Consultant agreed to provide janitorial services for City facilities; and
WHEREAS, Contractor’s name was mistakenly stated as Commercial Building Management, Inc. when the correct registered name of Contractor is Commercial Building Management, (CBM) Incorporated; and
WHEREAS, the parties desire to correct this typographical error in the Agreement.
NOW THEREFORE, the parties hereby agree to make the following amendment to the Agreement:
1. The name of Contractor shall be amended to reflect the correct registered name of: COMMERCIAL BUILDING MANAGEMENT, (CBM) INCORPORATED in the Agreement.
2. NO OTHER AMENDMENTS. Except as expressly stated in this First Amendment, the Agreement shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
The Agreement and this First Amendment constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any previous oral or written agreement with respect to the subject matter hereof.
