Proposal
• Temporary open-water water polo facility in King Harbor, operated by Game On Live Studio
• Programming would run June through September 2026, with:
• Weekdays: camps, clinics, and common use (lower intensity) • Weekends: occasional exhibitions or tournament events • A limited number of “tentpole” weekends, not continuous large-scale events 2 Location
In front of the breakwall between the Cantina and Surf Club, within the Harbor turn basin Water Configuration
• Vessel exclusion zone
• Normal operations: two courses
• Tournament days: up to four temporary courses (installed/removed immediately before/after events) • Non-permanent anchors approved by Harbor Master
• Floating docks for lifeguards/referees (Harbor Master approval required) Land-Side Areas
• Hand Launch Dock (signage, access point)
• Barricade select parking spaces and vehicle access for:
• Check-in / registration
• Changing tents (as required by USA Water Polo)
• Non-food vendors only
• Potentially: Bleachers for spectators 3

• Security Deposit: $2,000
• Licensee will pay for use of parking stalls utilized for event and for storage • Payment due no later than 10th day of the following month 5 Event Type Rate
Tournaments $700.00 per Event per day
Camps $500.00 per Event per day
Practices (Local Community Use) $50.00 per Event per day Exhibition Events $300.00 per Event per day
