1. CALL TO ORDER – Mayor Gee called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL – Council Members Eakin, Howard, Martinez Saballos, Sturken, Vice Mayor Espinoza- Garnica, and Mayor Gee. Council Member Aguirre participated remotely.
Staff present: City Manager Melissa Stevenson Diaz, City Attorney Veronica Ramirez, and City Clerk Yessika Castro.
3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE – Council Member Howard led the pledge of allegiance.
4. PUBLIC COMMENT – There was no public comment.
5. CLOSED SESSION
Council Member Eakin stated that due to o wning real property within 500 feet of 847 Woodside Road, which is being offered as land donation as part of the project, she will be recused from participating in item 5.A. 2.a.
Mayor Gee stated that due to his position on t he Casa Circulo Cultural Governing Board, which utilizes space in the project building for storage purposes, he will be recused from participating in item 5.A. 2.a.
The City Council convened Closed Session at 6:04 p.m. to discuss the following:
