1. CALL TO ORDER - Mayor Martínez Saballos called the meeting to order at 5:03 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL - Council Members Chu, Gee, Howard, Padilla, Sturken, Vice Mayor Eakin and Mayor Martínez Saballos. Council Member Chu participated remotely from 3049 Page Street, Redwood City.
Staff present: City Manager Melissa Stevenson Diaz, Senior Assistant City Attorney Eleonor Ignacio and City Clerk Yessika Castro.
3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE - Council Member Padilla led the Pledge of Allegiance.
