1. CALL TO ORDER - Mayor Martínez Saballos called the meeting to order at 8:33 a.m.
2. ROLL CALL - Council Members Chu, Gee, Howard, Padilla, Sturken, Vice Mayor Eakin and Mayor Martínez Saballos. Council Member Chu participated remotely from 3049 Page Street, Redwood City.
Staff present: Human Resources Director Michelle Katsuyoshi, City Clerk Yessika Castro , and recruiting consultant Teri Black.
