QUITCLAIM DEED
For a valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the City of Rialto, a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of California , (“GRANTOR”), hereby grants to Carolyn Beth Stern and Steven Michael King, Trustees of the Decedents Trust under the Albert and Rhoda King Trust dated December 23, 1998 , (“GRANTEE”), all rights, title and interest the Grantor may have in that certain Deed No. 1167 recorded August 25, 1982, as Instrument No. 82- 167949; in that certain Deed No . 1168 recorded August 25, 1982, as Instrument No. 82-167950; and in that certain Deed No. 1169 recorded August 25, 1982, as Instrument No. 82 -167951, and as more particularly described in Exhibit “A” and shown on Exhibit “B” attached hereto and made a part hereof.
