If you are uncertain as to the status of your property in this regard, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service can advise you and provide you with the proper abatement procedures. You may reach them at 760-431-9440.

These charges will be levied and assessed against the property as a special assessment and placed on the secured property tax roll. Parcels not appearing on the tax rolls will be billed directly. For further particulars, please refer to Resolution #____. A copy of said resolution is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
