QUITCLAIM DEED
For a valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, City of Rialto, a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of California , (“GRANTOR”), hereby grants to Stella Group Investments, a Family Limited Partnership, (“GRANTEE”), all right, title and interest the Grantor may have in a 20 feet wide portion of that certain Grant of Street and Highway Deed No. 1667, recorded November 20, 1998, as Instrument No. 1998-0498437 and as more particularly described in Exhibit “A” and shown on Exhibit “B” attached here to and made a part hereof.
