RE: Street Name Change to River Ranch Parkway (TR 20092)
Dear Mr. Fuller,
The Street name for the backbone road through this community, as shown on the approved Map for TR 20092 is “El Rancho Verde Parkway”. Lennar Homes has since created and marketed the name for this community to be “River Ranch”. As such, we hereby request that the City processes the change of the street name to be “River Ranch Parkway”.
The name change will not affect any existing residents’ addresses, as none of those homes are located on what will be River Ranch Parkway. Please process this change through the appropriate channels for approval.
