Attached for your review and approval is an update to the Exhibit “A” of the shared Electrical Agreement with the City of Rialto, and the California Department of Transportation dated, September 1, 1985. This update will include all changes to electrical assets listed in current Exhibit A dated September 1, 1985 . . Please replace the attached Exhibit “A” to your original copy of the Agreement dated, September 1, 1985.
