RESOLUTION NO._____
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIALTO, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE 2022 – 2026 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rialto requires a five-year Capital Improvement Program (CIP), which is updated annually; and WHEREAS, the CIP may be amended from time to time to include additional capital improvement projects that were not originally identified in the CIP adopted by the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIALTO DOES HEREBY FIND, DETERMINE, AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: The 2022 – 2026 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) is hereby amended to include the capital improvement projects as identified in the Capital Improvement Section of the Fiscal Year 2022 – 2023 Budget Document, and made a part hereof.
WHEREFORE, this Resolution is passed, approved and adopted this ____ day of ___________, 2022.
