RUA RESOLUTION NO._____
A RESOLUTION OF THE UTILITY AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF RIALTO, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING ITS 2021-2022 FISCAL BUDGET WHEREAS, the budget for fiscal year 2021-2022 of the Rialto Utility Authority has been adopted by this Board of Directors in its original form, and said budget will need to be amended at times to fulfill the goals of the Rialto Utility Authority Board of Directors; and WHEREAS, the Rialto Utility Authority Utility Department may not exceed their appropriations by character of expense, with character of expense being defined as personnel services, services and supplies, capital outlay, debt service and transfers, without the consent of the City Manager; and WHEREAS, the City Manager may transfer appropriations, between departments and within their respective funds, as long as those appropriations do not exceed their fund total unless approved by the Rialto Utility Authority Board of Directors.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE RIALTO UTILTIY AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF RIALTO DOES HEREBY FIND, DETERMINE, AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: Approve an appropriation in Sewer Fund for the Capital Improvement account:
Account No. 660-500-7860-3001 in the amount of $1,563,953, for the Final Construction Work Authorization to Rialto Water Services for the Activation of Digester No. 1 and the Rehabilitation of Digester No. 2 \\\\
