Pursuant to the terms of the Reimbursement Agreement by and between the City of Rialto, a municipal corporation (the “ City”), and Lewis-Hillwood Rialto Company, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“ LHR”), approved by the City Council on October 13, 2015, LHR hereby submits a Request for Reimbursement in the amo unt of $2,150,058.43. Copies of checks paid and invoices received are attached to this letter.

This Request for Reimbursement is being submitted to City in ac cordance with the submittal procedures as set fo rth in the Contract and repeated below. All capitalized terms, words, and phrases not o therwise defined in this Request for Reimbursement and/or any of its attachments shall have the meanings assigned to them in the Contract.
This Request for Reimbursement is accompanied by a “ List of Reimbursable Costs ” setting forth: (1) the nature of the product or service obtained by LHR, (2) the name of the provider of the product or service, and (3) the charge for such product or service in the full amount of the payment made by LHR. (See Attachment #1)
The undersigned is LHR’s Project Manager in charge of overseeing the preparation of the “Laurel Walnut Locust Improvements” (as defined in the Contract). I hereby certify that the attached List of Reimbursable Costs is an accurate and corr ect statement of the information set forth on such List.
