Pursuant to Section 14.5 of the Construction and Credit Agreeme nt by and between the City of Rialto, a municipal corporation (the “ City”), and Lewis-Hillwood Rialto Company, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“LHR”), approved by the City Council on June 5, 2015, LHR hereby submits the final documentation of the tota l eligible costs incurred by Developer to construct the public improvements. All costs f or the Locust Ave Street Improvements as well as all eligible costs for the Laurel/Walnu t Storm Drain Improvements, are included herein. Copies of checks paid and i nvoices received are attached to this letter.
