QUITCLAIM DEED
For a valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the City of Rialto, a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of California , (“GRANTOR”), hereby grants to CDRE Holdings 14, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company , (“GRANTEE”), all rights, title and interest the Grantor may have in that certain real property conveyed by Deed No. 1422 recorded December 22, 1989, as Instrument No. 8 9-500121; and re-recorded October 31, 1990, as Instrument No. 90-437172, and as more particularly described in Exhibit “A” attached hereto and made a part hereof, but excepting therefrom and reserving unto Grantor: (1) that certain easement for public utilities, including storm drain improvements and other appurtenant uses , as identified in Document No. 2021- 68490 recorded February 11, 2021; and (2) the public utility easement as identified in Document No. 2021-404644 recorded September 7, 2021.
