SUBJECT: Measure I Award - Omnitrans 2022 Specialized Transportation Call for Projects
Dear Ms. Alvarado:
I am pleased to inform you that your project, Rialto Specialized Transportation Program, has been selected by a review committee to receive Measure I funds for FY2023 and FY2024. The committee found that your project meets the minimum requirements of the Measure I program in support of specialized transportation services for seniors and persons with disabilities.
This Measure I award is based on your agency's application submitted in April 2022. The not-to-exceed amounts for Measure I funds for the approved project are:
FY2023 (Year 1 Operating) $83,039
FY2023 (Year 1 Capital) $145,702
FY2024 (Year 2 Operating) $165,973
FY2024 (Year 2 Capital) $83,280
Your agency is responsible for contributing the Local Match required for this project.
As a recipient of Measure I funds, a representative of your agency must attend a Zoom meeting with Omnitrans Mobility Services staff in August 2022 to review the required monthly reporting for this project. To arrange a meeting, please contact me no later than July 30, 2022. We look forward to working with you to ensure the success of your project.
