Citywide overlay will provide property owners with the option of building residential at a density of up to fifty (50) dwelling units per acres Foothill Boulevard Specific Plan amendment to provide property owners with the option of building residential at a density of up to 35 dwelling units per acre Central Area Specific Plan amendment to provide property owners with the option of building residential at a density of up to 48.4 dwelling units per acre Gateway Specific Plan amendment to provide property owners with the option of building residential at a density of up to 50 dwelling units per acre
